• This examination is designed to certify the competence of inspectors carrying out monthly or quarterly operational inspections. 

• The examination has two parts - a written element which consists of a number of "multiple choice" type questions (1 hour) and a practical on site inspection.

• Examination fee is £175* per candidate which includes a three-year members of this Register, Certifiation of Registration and Identification Badge.

• Application can be made direct to the RPII for the examination or alternatively you may wish to arrange training which includes the examination.  The RPII does not provide training itself however a current list of training providers is available
